Within Australia: 

All shipping in Australia has a flat fee of $15 for posting. Please note: shipping occurs twice weekly, and tracking will be updated automatically. Orders over $750AUD receive free domestic shipping. Express shipping is available for $20 AUD.

International Shipping:

International shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination (alternatively - a flat fee of $50AUD will be applied).

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for monitoring its progress and ensuring successful delivery or collection rests with the recipient. Shipping fees are non-refundable once a parcel has been handed to the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to sender due to non-collection, incorrect or incomplete delivery details, or failure to arrange redelivery, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns:

Please note: Every Kit Club piece is vintage or pre-owned. Minor signs of wear are part of each garment's character. Measurements are provided as vintage sizing may differ from modern sizing. Please review all photos and measurements carefully before purchasing.

All garments sold by Kit Club Archive are carefully sourced vintage or pre-owned pieces. Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, each item may show signs of age and wear consistent with its history. Any significant flaws or imperfections will be described and photographed where possible.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including if:

• you change your mind;
• the item doesn't fit;
• you no longer want the item;
• you purchased the wrong size.

At our discretion, we may offer a store credit valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item has a major fault, has been incorrectly described, or does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.

Vintage Condition

Please review all photographs, measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Vintage garments are pre-owned and are not expected to be in brand-new condition. Minor wear, fading, repairs or age-related characteristics are considered part of the garment's history and are not regarded as faults where they have been disclosed or are reasonably apparent.
