Kit Club Archive is an Australian-based online store, specialising in curated vintage and pre-owned designer fashion and accessories.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Condition

All items sold by Kit Club Archive are pre-owned, vintage, archive or second-hand unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved goods:

  • Minor signs of wear, age or previous use should be expected.

  • We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item.

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

  • Measurements are approximate.

Please read all product descriptions and review all photographs carefully before purchasing.

3. Authenticity

All designer items sold by Kit Club Archive are carefully inspected for authenticity. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of an item, please reach out to us.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where an incorrect price has been displayed.

5. Orders

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled after payment has been processed.

All orders are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking details have been provided, responsibility transfers to the recipient to monitor delivery progress and ensure successful receipt or collection of the parcel.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once a parcel has been lodged with the carrier.

Kit Club Archive is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather events or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Store Credit

Due to the unique and limited nature of our archive pieces, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you wish to return an eligible item, you must submit your return request within five (5) days of receiving your order.

If approved:

  • A store credit will be issued.

  • No monetary refunds will be provided.

  • Store credits are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as sold, with no additional wear, damage, odours or alterations.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.

8. Final Sale Items

The following purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked "Final Sale"

  • Items that have been worn, damaged or altered after delivery

9. Vintage Disclaimer

Vintage garments naturally develop characteristics over time.

Minor imperfections, fading, creasing, hardware wear, small marks and signs of age are considered part of the garment's history and are not regarded as faults.

Please purchase with this in mind.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including photographs, logos, branding, graphics, product descriptions and written content—is the property of Kit Club Archive unless otherwise stated.

No material may be reproduced, copied or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, Kit Club Archive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where required by law, consumers are entitled to remedies for products that fail to meet consumer guarantees.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
